First time I have done an ordered vehicle, using your advice it was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Did all of my homework ahead of time. Got it for 1500 below MSRP along with 500 first responder cash back. No extras were added, but they added for no extra charge. Trade value was fair and I was happy with it (about what I paid for it 3 years ago). No games, the entire deal was handled by one person, no trip to F and I office. Easy deal, got exactly what I ordered and nothing I didn't. Thanks

    Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?They tried to add on $499 Nitrogen for tires. I negotiated that off the price. Doc's fees were $499. They would not negotiate that price. We thought about it overnight and did not buy the car.

    Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?They sold my elderly father a new Durango and added every protection package on that they had. When my and I went to advocate for him they were very belligerent to us until we realized that they had charged him 10x their normal amount for several things including locking lug nuts and mud flaps. Once the cat was out of the bag we were able to work with them to eliminate all but one of their protection packages.
