Dealership very easy to work with, no pressure to buy anything extra. I did not have a trade in vehicle. Salesman advised the Pilot was selling at MSRP, no mark ups. I did receive a $1,000 Honda loyalty credit as I have a 2014 Accord. Completed the purchase in about 60 minutes.
